External Relations - Social Investment Advisor External Relations - Social Investment Advisor Work location: Kraków Job description: To support the delivery of the UK Reputation objectives; with a focus on budget-management, Social Investment compliance, staff-engagement programmes and social media. ​ Supports the Social Investment Manager to: Manage SI team budgeting, invoicing and spend reporting Manage spend and programme-impact reporting Manage supplier contracts and sponsorship and donation agreements Manage Shell Employee Action Grants programme, including contractor management, internal communications and on-going evaluation of supplier Event support, team and office administration Ensure team compliance with Anti-bribery & Corruption and Records Management requirements Creating Social Media content calendar, posting content and tracking Supports the management of the UK ER budget, invoicing and spend reporting Requirements: Experience in the CSR sector English min. C1 Proven experience in management of complex budgets and financial administration Ability to drive process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives Self-starter showing high degree of personal initiative, drive, and desire to come up with creative solutions that drive business and reputational value Proven skills to deliver under time pressure Experience of developing concise and shareable content for social media and media campaigns (esp Twitter).
